As an example of how hands-on the work is: when testing a warm water TMV, our technicians isolate the individual outlet, run water through a calibrated test rig until the reading stabilises, then adjust the valve to the legislated maximum of 45°C for aged care before resealing and confirming it’s fully calibrated. That level of detail applies across all four services.
